JR's Carriage Service is proud to support Mesa County 4-H Program and the quickly approaching Mesa County Fair. We know the dedication, hard work, and countless hours that local youth and their families invest in their projects throughout the year, and we believe those efforts deserve to be recognized and celebrated.

This year, we're doing something a little different. Something a little more meaningful.

Instead of traditional livestock auction monetary add-ons, JR's Carriage Service has partnered with the talented team at Three 7's Photography to provide FREE professional photo sessions for Mesa County 4-H youth and their projects. Many of you may recognize the owner and photographer behind Three 7’s, Ali Briggs. Ali is one of our lead guides on our Horseback Rides and Carriage Tours.

These won't be your typical fair photos. Our goal is to create fun, creative, high-quality images that showcase each participant and the hard work behind their project. These photos can be treasured as keepsakes, shared with family and friends, used in thank-you cards, portfolios, and more. All the photos are yours to use however you would like.

Most importantly, this opportunity is open to all 4-H projects, not just livestock. Whether your project involves animals, leatherwork, cake decorating, ceramics, photography, sewing, woodworking, or another project area, we want to help celebrate your accomplishments.

If you'd like to be included, please complete the registration form below by Tuesday, June 30. Meeting this deadline is important so we can schedule photo sessions before fair week and ensure everyone has an opportunity to participate. We also have another fun refreshing surprise for the youth that have marketed their project to JR’s.

A huge thank you to Three 7's Photography for partnering with us to create something special for Mesa County youth. We can't wait to see the amazing projects on display and look forward to seeing everyone at the Mesa County Fair, July 14–18.

JR's Carriage Service is giving away TWO kids' tickets to Kid Fest!

To enter, post a photo of your child(ren) with JR's Carriage Service and include the event name, location, and date in your caption. The photo from the oldest JR's Carriage Service event will win!

Entries close Saturday at 10:00 a.m.

Join us at Kid Fest this Saturday from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Mesa County Fairgrounds. We'll have several fun photo booths featuring our miniature donkeys and the rare appearance of one of our unicorns! 🦄

JR's was established way back in 1998, if you win, you are welcome to gift the tickets to grandkids, great grandkids, neighborhood kids, any youth that you would like to have this opportunity.

Behind every great tour is a team committed to learning. We spent the day exploring local destinations, expanding our knowledge, and finding new ways to enhance the experiences we provide our guests. We kept forgetting to take team pictures.
