The Crawford County Airport Authority is accepting sealed bids for the purchase of a portable storage shed.

Property Description
• Portable storage shed, formerly used as a pilot lounge with finished interior and half bath
• Approximate Size: 20’ 3” x 11’ 4”
• Condition: Used, sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS

The shed may be inspected at Crawford County Airport by appointment.

Bid Submission Requirements
• Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Portable Storage Shed Bid"
• Utilize sealed bid form available at the Crawford County Airport
• Shed is valued at $10,000 - no minimum bid - Crawford County Airport reserves the right to decline sale
• Deliver bids to: Crawford County Airport or Mail bids to: PO Box 6, Robinson, IL 62454
• Deadline for submission: 6:00 PM July 21, 2026

Bid Opening
Sealed bids will be opened publicly at the scheduled July 21, 2026 (6:00 PM) Crawford County Airport Authority meeting.

Terms and Conditions
• The portable storage shed is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranties.
• The successful bidder is responsible for all removal and transportation of the shed.
• Payment must be made within 10 days of bid acceptance.
• The shed must be removed within 30 days of bid acceptance.
• The Crawford County Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
• In the event of a tie in bids, the submission date shall serve as the determining factor for selecting the successful bidder.
