Heat races got canceled yesterday so had to start 22nd of 30. Got caught up in a first turn wreck. Had to restart in the back. Was passing some cars then got taken out. Had to start at the back again and made it up to 13th as the checkers were out. Car is beat up but drove it in the trailer.

Getting ready for our practice. Track is dry and practice is underway.

Unfortunately I could not get out of work in time to make practice. Started 2nd in the heat, took the lead for a couple laps before dropping back to 5th. Started the feature on the pole but dropped back. Was running just out of the top 10 before getting caught up in a wreck. Quite a bit of work to do.

Started off well but not a great ending. Started 2nd in the heat and took the lead on the first lap. Led 4 laps before getting passed by 2 cars to finish 3rd.
Started on the pole in the feature but quickly dropped back. Ran around 10th for most of the race but got caught up in a wreck. Restarted at the tail and had lots of problems with the car. The brakes were not working right, and I had a hard time getting it in gear. The car started smoking and I got black flagged. It seams to be a transmission issue.

After a long day of travel from Mexico, we had a little extra help loading up for tomorrow's race. Hopefully the changes we made will improve our lap times.

Was looking like we would not be racing Wednesday but we were able to get a motor together and in this weekend. Thanks to Walter Mills and Mark Palin.
