Student Intern Opportunity – Human Resources
Looking to get real world experience in Human Resources/Recruiting?
This is a paid Internship, working up to 40 hours per week in our Oxford, NC location!
Opportunity for this position to lead to a full time job!
Successful candidate will work with the recruiting team learning all facets of Human Resources and hiring process in a fast-paced Warehouse/Manufacturing environment.
• You will be trained on various office procedures, including the processing of new applications, data entry and new hire orientations.
•Work directly with On Site Manager on various other administrative needs as needed.
• High level of professionalism, organizational skills and efficiency.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
• Must have outstanding interpersonal/general communication skills.
Additional Skills & Knowledge (preferred but not required)
▪ Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
▪ Standard computer operating systems
*Minimum 1 year of College courses completed*
