We want to say thank you to William Brady for being a part of this program! Bill has been participating in this event in Henning for 9 years now! Thank you for continuing to engage the youth in the industry. It has been amazing to hear your stories and we hope to see you continue to grow in this industry.

I know there can be some reluctance to participate in these engagements because we are not sure how to connect with the audience. Outside of the events, you are still a reflection of the industry in your day to day lives on the road. Personally speaking, there were limited opportunities similar to this that brought light to trucking so I grew all my knowledge off personal experiences with drivers. What you do today, will affect the generations to come. Try to keep a positive attitude when you can and always remember that someone is looking up to you - whether you would like to believe it or not.

Heads up to all the drivers out there:

Anyone notice the problem here? One of our trucks recently came into the yard with a nail issue. Nails that were maliciously placed - not out on the road, but while we were at a business. This wasn't an accident. Over $2000.00 in damages and it could've ended a lot worse. This person put seven nails into the steer tire alone. If that tire would have blown, could you imagine what would have happened?

To the person responsible - this was not a harmless act. It's dangerous and puts many innocent lives at risk. Everyone else, please stay alert when pulling in and out of businesses, pay attention to your equipment, and report anything suspicious. Let's look out for each other and keep the roads safe. This shouldn’t be something our drivers should ever have to encounter while on the road.

This is something we have been working on for a while behind the scenes….We are pleased to announce that Hensley Inc. is officially launching our Hog Hauling section of the company! Our first trailer is on the ground and ready to roll. Call us for all your Hog Hauling needs and don’t forget to stop at the hog lot to see our new trailer! 😊

According to Mr.Groundhog, we have a few more weeks of this cold weather. After many requests, we finally have beanies available! Come get them at the office while quantities last! We only have a few available in the colors…🫣

Quick Update: All I can say is wow! Apparently I didn’t think that these would be as much of a hit as they are! We currently are out of all the fun colors, only having black and grey available. Maybe I should look into ordering some more!
