September at Walt Disney World means fall fun, EPCOT festival season, specially-ticketed events…and quite a few things you’ll want to know before you go.

If you have a Disneyr World trip coming up this September, make sure you SAVE this! I pulled together the planning details you’ll want on your radar, including:

One especially important thing to watch: Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party takes place on select September nights... Magic Kingdom closes to day Guests at 6:00 PM and the party runs from 7:00 PM–midnight.

There are also select Disney After Hours events at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and EPCOT during September, plus Disney H2O Glow After Hours at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon through September 5.

Resort Spotlight: Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort 🌴

If you’re dreaming of swaying palm trees, colorful island villages, and a relaxing tropical atmosphere, Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort is worth a look.

Who is it best for?

- Families wanting more space without paying Deluxe prices
- Guests who love the convenience of the Disney Skyliner
- Travelers looking for a laid-back resort with plenty to explore

Why guests love it:

- Direct access to the Disney Skyliner
- Relaxed Caribbean-inspired theming
- Fuentes del Morro Pool with pirate-themed fun
- Sebastian’s Bistro and Spyglass Grill
- Beautiful waterfront paths and island villages

But here’s what I think is most important...

Caribbean Beach is one of the best options for guests who want a balance between value, transportation, and resort atmosphere.

The Skyliner alone is a huge advantage, especially if you’ll be spending time at EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. It makes getting around feel easy, and the tropical setting offers a relaxing place to unwind after a busy park day.

That said, because it’s one of Walt Disney World’s largest resorts, expect a bit more walking depending on your room location. If that’s a concern, requesting a preferred room may be worth considering.

✨ Would I stay here again? Absolutely. It’s one of my favorite Moderate Resorts when the Skyliner is a priority.
