We are deeply saddened by the unexpected passing of one of our cherished team members, Mary Enderle. Mary brought warmth, energy, and genuine care to her work and to those around her, and she will be deeply missed. We’re pleased to share that Allstates WorldCargo has acquired Promptus, LLC, a Miami-based customs brokerage and logistics firm focused on trade with Latin America, Asia, Europe, and the Caribbean.

This acquisition expands our Miami presence and adds licensed customs brokerage services to our in-house capabilities, strengthening how we support customers with customs clearance, compliance, and international freight.

We’re excited to welcome the Promptus team to Allstates WorldCargo and look forward to continuing to serve customers across the U.S., LATAM, and beyond.
