Our crew doesn’t just make dreams come true. We also plan, design, fabricate, and execute projects that create unbelievable experiences for our customers. When it comes to full system integration, a project like this is the perfect example.
All engine data has been moved to the upper panel, where the Garmin and CL5 displays are located. Only the most critical switches were left on the main switch panel. Everything else has been migrated to the Garmin Boat Switch system. Bilge alarms and fuel monitoring are now part of the Garmin ecosystem and shared across the network. The same goes for engine data.
The old trim tab gauge was upgraded to a fully digital, fully integrated system on the Garmin displays, allowing the operator to monitor trim tab position before and during boat displacement. At the same time, the trim tab and windlass switches were upgraded to Bluewater push button switches.
Radar and the Reactor 40 Autopilot were also part of the upgrades.
But one of the most important improvements for this customer was the addition of the Garmin Onboard System. All this electronics integration wouldn’t make sense without a system capable of ensuring you can make it back home safely from an offshore trip. On top of that, our crew added two additional low profile bilge pumps to the bilge compartment to ensure the boat runs dry even in rough conditions.
