Yesterday was one of those days that reminded us that no matter how much planning goes into our operations, transportation can still be unpredictable.

We experienced several unexpected challenges that were beyond our control from the very start of the day, and they continued throughout our schedule. Despite those obstacles, we're proud to say that no patient missed their appointment.

Unfortunately, the delays did affect the return trips for a few of our clients.

To those clients, their families, and our healthcare partners—we sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding, and trust. We know that waiting after a long day or treatment is never easy, and we don't take your time for granted.
