After a few days of arts and crafts, and a little figuring, we finally got the ceiling of the entryway of this 28 Cutwater finished

-the factory wood was no longer salvageable, so we removed it after scanning for SeaDek.

-once removed we found that we weren’t left with a smooth surface. We then cut and fabricated a 1/4” pvc “roof” and screwed and adhered it to the uneven factory glass.

- We then cleaned and primed the roof for Sea Dek and installed a custom mocha/cream replacement pad that fit tight around the exterior led lights and roof.

- to finish it off we caulked around the sea Dek edges to clean up the gaps and give it a factory look

Another full transom protected on this 65 Hatteras to protect the beautiful paint job from bill and gaff damage. Geoshield Ceramic Shield self-healing Ppf installed to keep that beautiful shine. This particular transom was done in the water off our 4x8 Accudock and saved the customer a costly haul out. Let the Preaux’s protect those vessels from anything the Gulf of America can throw at it
