Road Construction Notice – Seminary Road Lane Closure

Start Date: Monday, June 15, 2026

Location: Seminary Road between STH 54 and Old Seymour Road

Traffic Impact: Reduced to single lane of traffic (Southbound traffic only)

What to Expect:
- Reduced speeds and possible delays
- Construction equipment entering/exiting the roadway
- Access to Norbert Hill Center will be maintained
- Traffic exiting Norbert Hill Center will have to follow the detour (shown on the attached map) to access STH 54
- Seminary Road will re-open to local traffic only on Tuesday, June 16, 2026

Traffic Tips:
- Plan for extra travel time
- Follow all posted signs
- Consider alternate routes if available (see attached northbound detour route).

We are excited to announce our Community Art Contest!
Young artists are invited to show off their creativity with this year’s theme:

“Flying Buses & Smart Communities”
🗓 Contest runs: June 15 – July 13, 2026 (by 4:00 PM)
🎨 Ages 5–17 welcome
📍 Drop off at: Cliff Webster Building, Oneida Library, or Oneida Public Transit
🏆 Winners will receive prizes, awards AND have their artwork displayed on Oneida Public Transit vehicles & social media!

We are hosting a laptop distribution event courtesy of our friends at WI Literacy. This time around, we will be doing an application/award process.
