If anyone is looking to travel domestically this summer/fall, please make sure to look at the state's guidelines for COVID-19! Certain states, such as New York, are requiring people from select states to quarantine for 14 days after entrance - whether by car or plane.

Skellig Michael is one of the Skellig Islands located off the Atlantic coast of Ireland! If you visit today, you'll find the remains of a that is famous for its beehive shaped huts! 👀 (look closely at the 2nd picture!)
👉And YES, this is where EPISODE VII and VIII were filmed with and - in the movie the island was named Ahch-To.

It was built over 1,500 years ago (possibly longer) and was placed in the UNESCO World Heritage list in 1996.

An Chloch Mhór - Cloughmore (pronounced 'clockmore') Stone - or better known by locals as "the Big Stone".
It sits along the Mourne Mountains in County Down of Northern Ireland.
Free parking and 3 wonderful marked hiking and biking trails.
Kilbroney Park, which I posted previously, is where you begin your journey to visit the stone.

Locals will come here on Easter Sunday to roll their eggs down the hill!

If you are a fan of then you may enjoy the local legend that this stone was hurled here by the giant warrior, Finn McCool, to defeat the Ice Giant, Ruiscaire. The space between the mountains is known as "Caithmhe-Cloice" (pronounced 'chem-cloice'), which is Gaelic for "the stone throw".
