Ok we were able to pick up most of Wednesdays route. We have kept track of the ones we were unable to get and will continue to do so tomorrow and Friday. Please be patient with us as we try to catch up as quickly and safely as possible. And Remember, The bad weather policy is if can't run on your scheduled day hold your trash and put it out on the next scheduled pickup date. And Yes you may put out double your normal limit. We are completely aware of all the houses we have missed.

Ok we WILL RUN tomorrow Wednesday 28th. However there may be areas we cannot reach. If we are unable to reach an area please hold the trash until next week. However you should planon us being there.

We will NOT run Tuesday January 27th. We checked the roads and although 65 is mostly clear the side roads are not yet.

Well....You Guessed it we will NOT be running tomorrow Monday January 26th.

Problems With Billing

Can't find my email......

Can't remember to pay invoice......

Set up auto pay.(You must tell me)
Pay by the year.
Payment didn't get there on time(All Payments received after the 10th are LATE)......

Pay online!
Set up autopay.(You must TELL Me)
Mail check sooner!(PO takes longer and longer)
Set billpay for at least 10 days before due.(I have seen some take 9 days)
Change to Email Billing.(It has 3 reminders)

Ok, so I am making an effort to help make the billing process easier. The reason for this is that there is a lot of accounts still unpaid after the due date on the 1st. Unfortunately the grace period has become a crutch for many. I know we all have problems from time to time, but this has become a regular occurrence. The grace period should be used only when absolutely necessary. If you have any questions please call and I can explain anything that's unclear or help set up autopay.

Reminder!!!!
Any unpaid account will be left until paid.
We are strictly prepay. Thanks to all of our customers who pay in a timely manner.
To set up auto you have to Tell Me!
First pay invoice and save payment information.
Second Tell Me that you want autopay.
Third I click a button that causes the invoice to be paid on the due date.

We only take off Thanksgiving and Christmas.
