But before we begin, let's take a moment to explore the rich history of our beloved airport. Did you know that MYV was established in the 1950s as a military installation? In fact, it was once known as the Beale Air Force Base Auxiliary Field!
In 1962, ownership of the airport was transferred to the County of Yuba and the facility was repurposed as a general aviation airport. And boy, it has been soaring ever since! Today, the Yuba County airport MYV plays a vital role in our community's transportation, business, and recreational needs🌟.
Now, let's talk FOOD! 🍕🍟🍔🌮 We have great news, folks! We're thrilled to announce that we're partnering with fantastic local and regional food trucks that will be serving delicious and scrumptious delicacies right here on our airport! It's what aviation dreams are made of.
