- Public comments should be limited to comments related to the posted topic. This site is not the proper place to express opinions or beliefs not directly related to that topic. All posts should be civil
- Obscene, profane, racist, or sexually explicit language is prohibited. Likewise, harassing, defamatory or threatening comments are prohibited. No soliciting.
- Postings for commercial purposes or profit are prohibited. Comments do not constitute legal notice to OTA.
- Communications made in the comment section will in no way constitute a legal or official notice to OTA or any official or employee of OTA for any purpose. As one example, a post or comment that asks OTA to provide public records will not be considered a public record request under the Oklahoma Open Records Act. Comments specific to an OTA project or program should be submitted directly to that district or program. No illegal activity.
