We are adding an operations manager to our growing Ecommerce business! Bloom Ecommerce Innovations manages Walmart and Amazon stores for clients from A-Z. We handle order fulfillment, customer service, returns processing, and sales tax filing.
This is a 40 hour per week position. Some work can be done remotely, but we have an office in Oklahoma City that you will be expected to report to to process returns, Mon-Fri.
Our office is located in Nichols Hills plaza. (6440 Avondale - Nichols Hills, OK)

We are looking for someone who:
1) Must have strong technical aptitude in order to work closely with virtual assistants
2) Knowledge of e-commerce platforms
3) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where the demands and directions of work are constantly changing
4) Excellent communication skills
5) Attention to detail and data accuracy
6) Proficient in Excel and Quickbooks
7) Can lift 10-15lb packages
8) Is organized and hard-working
Day-to-day operations for this position involve:
Processing returns for clients. Locating shipping labels within e-commerce accounts, printing, and taping labels on boxes. Loading them in a vehicle and taking them to FedEx/UPS/USPS. (Multiple trips may be required per day).
Processing orders for stores. Packing and shipping items on behalf of client stores.
Keeping a close eye on client metrics. Ensuring all metrics associated with e-commerce accounts are not waning below acceptable standards, and communicating with Virtual Assistants on a daily basis to ensure customer needs are met.
Setting up new accounts for clients. Setting up Amazon/Walmart stores for clients, both buyer and seller accounts.
Data entry. Ability to pull reports from Amazon and Walmart and file sales tax reports for clients, as well as accurately input data and record progress.
Multiple locations (Midwest City, OK and Oklahoma City, OK)

Pay: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
