I am looking to hire 2 new freight agents to help grow my agency.

I am looking for 2 amazing people that have a small book of business, 2-10 customers, new to the industry and looking for a mentorship. I have 25 years in the industry and run a successful agency. My goal is to hire top talent. Two individuals with the drive to succeed. I will never make you sign a Non-Compete at my agency. I don’t believe in them and never will.
I am looking for currently employed, or recently let go individuals that don’t feel like they are being treated fairly, or not getting the leadership / teaching they need.
I am paying weekly commission on everything invoiced. You will be paid 60/40 on the margin of every load on that Friday.
Putting that into perspective- If you get paid 6% commission now, think about what 60% can do for you. Not to mention you have a team that will back you if you want to go on vacation…

Today's success story showcases our company's capacity to deliver results under tight deadlines. When a first-time customer requested that we cover two loads from Salt Lake to Jerome, ID, on short notice, our team sprang into action. We received the loads around noon and successfully loaded and dispatched both trucks by 6 pm. This achievement is a direct result of our team's collaboration and the strong relationships we have built with our customers, carriers, and partners. We are grateful for their trust and support.
