The link to schedule an appointment with our Delta Pilot Recruiting team at the Women in Aviation Conference can be found at the bottom of this update. Again, to secure a meeting, you must meet the following criteria at the time of registration as those do not meet these requirements will be canceled:

- Registered for the Women in Aviation 2025 conference.
- A fully completed and published Delta application, including the addendum.
- Not have met with Delta Pilot Recruitment at another event within the last six months.
- Meet ALL minimum Delta Pilot application requirements

Appointments are in high demand and fill up quickly. Standby registrations and walk-up requests will not be available.

We have been getting lots of questions about booking slots for meet and greets with our recruiting team at the NGPA Winter Warmup a couple of weeks from now. So that you can plan ahead, we intend to post the link to the registration site tomorrow at 3pm Eastern Standard Time. The link will be available on our page. Our Instagram page has a link to our Facebook in its profile, so instagram users will be able to access the registration site that way. Slots will be limited and we expect them to fill quickly. You can read more detail about our recruiting process in our post dated January 21st.

We are pleased to share our Pilot Recruiting Team’s schedule of events for this year. As our industry partner organizations manage their convention logistics differently, the process for signing up for appointments with recruiters may vary from event to event. We encourage you to closely monitor our social media channels for specific details on how to sign up for individual events as they draw nearer.

As in past years, it is likely that appointments for these events will fill up quickly, sometimes within minutes of posting. We know it can be frustrating to try to book an appointment only to have them all be taken before you’re able to secure one, and we know there is some bad gouge out there about our process and the importance of meeting us at these events. As such, we would like to provide some clarity on the role job fairs play in the Pilot Selection process.

Attendance at job fairs is not a requirement to be considered for a job as a Delta pilot, and having met with a recruiter does not affect the a**lysis of your experience and qualifications. We do not track the number of events and individual attends as that does not affect their qualifications or competitiveness. Meeting with Pilot Recruiting is optional, and formal interview opportunities are extended to the most competitive applicants based on the strength of their application, regardless of job fair attendance.

Job fairs are a great way for us to get to know you, and for you to learn more about Delta and our Pilot Selection process. However, all decisions regarding who progresses in the selection process are based solely on the merit of the application on file.

Our first event of the year will be the NGPA Winter Warmup next month in Palm Springs. Information on booking meet and greets with our recruiters for that event will be coming soon, we’re looking forward to seeing a lot of you there!

The final round of recruiter meet and greet slots for the Delta Pilot Career Expo on 10/29 will be posted to our page at 2:00pm EST today. The registration page will function the same way today as it has for the previous rounds of registration for this event, please read the instructions and requirements at the top of the page in that link before signing up for a slot. You will be required to upload a resume as a part of the registration process, so please be prepared for that as well.

This event is a recruiting event only, candidates participating will have the chance to talk with a Delta Pilot Recruiter, to share your experiences and your goals with us, and to ask us any questions you might have about careers as a pilot for Delta. These are not job interviews, and no job offers will be extended during this event.

After all slots are filled today, the registration link will remain open into next week, during that time any cancelations that come in will be opened back up for a new candidate to register. If you are unable to book a slot today keep an eye out as some turnover of slots is typical.

We are pleased to announce that we will be able to offer a limited number of additional slots to for candidates to meet with our recruiting team during the Delta Pilot Career Expo on October 29th, as it is now a virtual event.

In order to give more candidates a chance to sign up for these additional slots, we will be releasing them in three waves, at the dates and times below:

Monday, 10/14 at 2:00pm EST
Thursday, 10/17 at 2:00pm EST
Friday, 10/18 at 2:00pm EST

We continue to ask that candidates not register who do not meet the competitive qualifications of 1,000 hours of fixed wing turbine time, and 2,500 hours of total flight time, or if you have met with a Delta recruiter in the 6 months prior to the event. Slots booked by candidates who are below those experience levels will be subject to cancelation.

Please be prepared to upload your resume to our virtual recruiting platform during the registration process. In addition, please be sure to have your application up to date in AirlineApps.

Our recruiters remain available here via our social media channels to answer questions from all candidates, regardless of experience level, any time.

We want to update you on a change to this year’s Delta Pilot Career Expo. Due to an unexpected conflict, the Expo will now be held virtually. This does not affect our 2025 hiring forecast. We expect to have another year of robust hiring similar to this year. For those candidates with confirmed registrations, be sure to keep an eye on your email for a message from our team sharing details and instructions on how to login for your virtual meeting with a recruiter.
