A New Chapter for an Ocean City Tradition! 🌊

We’re excited to announce that Ocean City Water Taxi is now proudly owned and operated by Coastal Cruises.

Originally launched as the Buzz Boat in 2002 by Captain Alex Trimper, this iconic vessel has been part of Ocean City’s waterfront for over two decades. To so many, Alex was more than just a captain—he was family. We’re honored to continue the tradition he built while bringing a fresh new vision to the bay.

A big thanks to the most recent owners, our friends at Reel Inn Restaurant & Dock Bar for making this happen!

Private family cruises, VIP rides to Seacrets, bachelor & bachelorette bar-hopping, waterfront transportation, special event shuttles, and more!

For the remainder of the 2026 season, we’ll be operating on a modified, reservation-only schedule as we roll out the new brand.

🎣 We’re kicking things off with a White Marlin Open shuttle service between Sunset Marina and Harbour Island / Reel Inn Dock Bar! Shuttle schedule and booking details drop VERY SOON. Stay tuned!
