Happy International Whale Shark Day! 🦈

Have you ever swam with whale sharks?! Would you?! 👀

Swimming with these gentle giants off the coast of Mexico last summer was one of the most AMAZING experiences I’ve ever had. 🤩 Definitely a bucket-list moment—and I already can’t wait to do it again in a different destination!

Where should I swim with them next?!

🌴 Not one, but TWO families recently booked one of my absolute favorite family resorts in Mexico!

One family originally came to me thinking Jamaica…until I mentioned the snorkeling. That was the selling point!

You might be sick of hearing me say it, but I’ll keep saying it because it’s THAT good: the snorkeling right off the beach here is phenomenal. If snorkeling is something your family loves—or you have kids who could spend hours in the water looking for fish, turtles and other marine life—this resort needs to be on your radar.

The other family already had a pretty good idea of what they wanted, and this resort checked all their boxes.

And having stayed here myself, I can confidently recommend it for the service, quality, amenities and sheer amount there is to do.

This HUGE complex gives you access to:
• 5 resorts to explore
• Nearly a mile of beach
• Amazing onsite snorkeling
• Tons of pools, restaurants & entertainment
• Soccer field
• Basketball, tennis & pickleball courts
• Beach volleyball
• Daytime pool activities + nightly entertainment
• Plenty for both kids AND adults

It’s one of those resorts where you could stay a week and still not do everything.

I’m so excited for both of these families to experience it!

Is a big family-friendly Mexico resort on your list? Let’s see if this one is the right fit for you. 🌴

I had two consults today where “bucket list,” “somewhere new and exciting,” “one-of-a-kind,” and “out of the ordinary” were at the top of the wish list…and I LOVE getting requests like these!

Both clients threw out destinations like Bora Bora, the Cook Islands, and the Maldives, which got me thinking…

What’s on YOUR bucket list?

And it definitely doesn’t have to be tropical! Maybe it’s:

* An African safari
* An expedition cruise to Antarctica
* Seeing the Northern Lights in Lapland
* Trekking through Patagonia
* Exploring the Galápagos
* Island hopping through French Polynesia
* A once-in-a-lifetime trip through Japan

For me, if everything aligned and I could make it happen, an expedition cruise to Antarctica is VERY high on my bucket list. In this season of life, it’ll probably be a little while before I can make that one happen…but hopefully one day!

So now I want to hear yours. If time, money, and logistics weren’t a factor—where would you go or what would you do?

Let’s brainstorm some bucket-list adventures together! 🌎

Is anyone else having major FOMO right now?! 🇮🇪

My clients just finished up an amazing adventure through Ireland, and she has been sharing photos all week. The landscapes, castles, architecture, food, little towns…the whole vibe. Every photo has me ready to book a flight!

They explored Dublin, the Cliffs of Moher, Dunguaire Castle, the Ring of Kerry, the Di**le Peninsula and so many of the iconic sights along the way.

And judging by these photos, I’d say they had the time of their lives. 😍

Ireland has officially moved even higher on my own travel list!

Who’s ready for an Irish getaway?! ☘️

Have you ever heard of Hocking Hills?!

Our final stop on our summer road trip was Hocking Hills State Park in Ohio—a place that had been on my personal travel list for quite some time!

We spent a couple of days hiking and exploring, and it was such a great family-friendly destination. The trails were fun for the kids, with plenty of places to explore and climb where allowed. We also happened to visit after some rain, which meant so many beautiful waterfalls!

If you’re looking for an easy stateside getaway with hiking, waterfalls, caves, and gorgeous scenery, Hocking Hills is definitely worth adding to your list. I’d recommend staying in the area for a few days so you have plenty of time to explore.

Have you ever heard of Hocking Hills—or better yet, have you been?!

Next stop… Hershey, PA! 🍫

We stayed at a brand-new Hershey-affiliated hotel that has been open for less than three months, and of course, the sweet perks started immediately! Every person gets a full-size Hershey bar at check-in—and I’m convinced chocolate just tastes better in Hershey. 😂

Another great perk was transportation to Hersheypark (hello, no parking fees!) plus a 3-hour preview the evening before your park day. We headed over three hours before closing, got a feel for the park, and knocked out a few rides before our full day even started!

The next morning, we started with one of my favorite experiences—making our own custom Hershey bars! I chose pretzel bites and semi-sweet chocolate pieces for mine, and we even got to design our own wrappers. Such a fun experience!

Then it was off to spend the rest of the day at Hersheypark! We rode most of the rides, hit the waterpark to cool off, and definitely made the most of our day. The waterpark was a little too crowded for me 😅, but it did the job on a hot summer day!

Hershey was such a fun stop on our road trip! 🍫

Have you ever been to Hersheypark?

We have ONE stop left on this road trip… any guesses where we’re headed next? 👀

🇺🇸 We just wrapped up a pretty incredible stateside adventure!

We started at the National Pike Steam, Gas & Horse Association Show in Pennsylvania, and my gearheads loved every minute of it. Tractors, engines, machinery… definitely their kind of place!

Then we made our way to Gettysburg, and this part of the trip was something else.

We relearned so much of what we were taught in school, but actually standing on the battlefields where it happened gives it an entirely different perspective. We drove the battlefield route and made most of the stops, walked through the fields and the National Cemetery, and learned more about the staggering number of casualties during the Battle of Gettysburg—the bloodiest battle in American history.

We also watched a cannon-firing demonstration by 2nd U.S. Artillery, Battery M, which really brought another piece of the history to life.

One evening, we did a candlelight walking tour through town and learned about Jennie Wade, the only civilian killed during the battle. She was just 20 years old and was making bread in her sister’s home when she was struck by a bullet.

Seeing the bullet and cannon damage that still remains in buildings from 1863 was incredible. It’s hard to imagine what it must have been like to live there while a battle of that magnitude was happening literally outside your door.

The word I kept coming back to throughout our visit was humbling.

Gettysburg is absolutely worth experiencing at least once, especially if you have a history buff in your family. 🇺🇸

Have you ever been to Gettysburg?

And we’re not done yet… 2 more stops on this road trip!
