Safe Harbor Pilots Point GM Bob Wigham receives an overview of their new 75 metric ton Marine Travelift. The 75BFMII installation makes for a total of six Marine Travelifts At Pilots Point in Westbrook CT, one of the largest Yards in the Safe Harbors family. Thanks to Bob and his crew as well as well as RVP Doug Domenie for their continued confidence in the service and support that Martin Walter Company provides our customers.

A new 75BFMII Marine Travelift is ready to serve the crew at . Safe Harbors Wickford Cove can now handle vessels weighing up to 165,000 lbs. Thanks to Larry and his crew for their assistance for getting this Hoist up and running in record time. Martin Walter Company looks forward to working with the Safe Harbor team at Wickford Cove, a location that has had Marine Travelifts on-site for over 37 years.

There was beautiful weather on Mt Desert Maine last week for the setup of Henry Abel Boatyard’s new Marine Travelift. Their new 50BFMII with custom drives to handle the steep inclines at the yard has been dubbed the “Mountain Goat” edition for its ability to travel up the 15% grades under load. Thanks to Matt Bradshaw for continuing the Henry Abel / Martin Walter relationship that has been in place for over 40 years.

Riteway Marine Solutions of Babylon NY has doubled their lifting capacity with their new Marine Travelift 50 BFMII boat hoist they took delivery of this week. The increased capacity will help them handle the larger used Sea Ray and other brand boats that they offer for sale. Thanks to Rory and his team for their business and for their hospitality. Mystic River Marina in Mystic Connecticut recently took delivery of their new Marine Travelift 35BFMII boat hoist. This increases their boat hoisting capacity to 77,000 lbs. Thanks to Bob and Lauren for their continued faith in our products and services.

Mystic River Marina in Mystic CT took delivery of their new Marine Travelift 35BFMII today. This replacement for their 37 year old 35BFM brings increased capacity for handling boats up to 77,000 lbs as well as many new features that will help them manage hauling and launching in a more efficient manner.

It's an exciting day in Bridgeport Connecticut. RCI Marine, Bridgeport Boat Works and Hornblower Cruises have teamed up to bring a Marine Travelift 700 metric ton boat hoist to town. The 700 will join the 200 and 75 metric ton hoists already in use. With the 700 joining the fleet, This Yard will be able to haul and service commercial and recreational vessels up to 1.5 million pounds in weight. This increased capacity will result in many new jobs and bring other economic benefits to the region as well.
