🌟 Employee Spotlight 🌟

Meet our Night Shift Lead Cassie, who has been a valued part of the Ploger team for 6 years! Working nighttime from home, she helps keep things running smoothly by handling dispatch, safety and maintenance calls, trailer services, and supporting drivers whenever they need assistance.

What she enjoys most is being someone the team can rely on and helping solve problems that arise throughout the night. One of her proudest accomplishments is her growth within the company, progressing from Customer Service to Load Planning and now Afterhours Operations, giving her experience across multiple departments.

And before the worknight begins, she's busy in her most important role of all during the day... being a mama. ❤️

Thank you for your dedication and all you do for the Ploger team Cass! We appreciate you more than you know.

🚛✨ DRIVER SPOTLIGHT: JEN ✨🚛

At Ploger Transportation, our drivers are more than employees... they're family.

Meet Jen, one of our incredible drivers who brightens every room she walks into. Her bubbly personality, positive attitude, and love for people make her a favorite among everyone who has the opportunity to work with her.

Before joining the trucking industry, Jen spent 10 years as a retail manager. While she loved working with people, she knew she wanted something different than seeing the same four walls every day. Her passion for travel, combined with a dislike for flying, led her to a career behind the wheel.

When asked what she loves most about Ploger, Jen's answer says it all:

💙 "I'm a person here, not just a number."

She appreciates being part of a company that values who she is, cares about how she feels, and makes her feel like she truly belongs.

When she's out on the road, Jen enjoys delivering to warmer destinations and loves visiting Evansville, Indiana.

Jen, thank you for your hard work, dedication, and the positivity you bring to our team every day. We're grateful to have you as part of the Ploger family!

👏 Help us show Jen some appreciation in the comments!
