Without salt, your kits will taste earthy because you will only taste the boiled spices and herbs. The 🧂 brings it all together. 1 - 2 tbsp ish should be about right for the whole 2.5 gallons of broth. So if you're leaving it out to make it healthier, trust me that little bit will make a difference!
