Ticket Sales Representative — Immediate Opening
Seasonal Position | June–September

We’re looking for an outgoing, friendly, and tech-savvy person to join our team this summer! This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, helping customers, and staying organized during both busy and slower-paced times.

Daily responsibilities include:
* Working from our ticket booth window, located in the visitor center at Northeast Harbor
* Assisting customers with ticket purchases in person and online
* Answering phone calls and providing trip information
* Helping customers find their way to the boat

Our spring schedule starts this coming Monday, May 11! ☀️
In case anyone did not know, Monday is also when our commuter ticket prices go up for the season. This Sunday will be the last day to purchase those tickets at the discounted winter rate.

Commuter Ticket Update 📣

Our winter discount on commuter tickets will end on May 11th, and ticket prices will increase to $130 starting that day.

If you’d like to purchase tickets at the current $90 rate, you can do so on the boat before May 11th. If you prefer to pay now and pick them up later, please mail a check including your name and phone number. Once mailed, just contact our office the day before pickup. Checks must be received before May 11th to get the winter discount.

For anyone using our online booking system, you can purchase yours on our website at the current $90 rate until May 11th.

We have decided to cancel our 11am run today (3/16/26) due to weather. 3:30pm run is still cancelled as well.

Tomorrow morning is looking questionable so we’ll post tonight to let you all know our plans for the 7:30am.

We have decided to cancel our 3:30pm run tomorrow (3/16/26) due to weather. We plan to run the 7:30am as normally scheduled. 11am is questionable. If anything changes we will post accordingly. Thank you and we hope you all have a great Sunday!
