Journey Beyond Rides

Here’s the results. Boone,NC to Myrtle Beach, SC. 325 miles. Stop 1 at Target in Winston. I wanted to shop some. Plugged in and charging was done before I came out. Stop 2 was in Asheboro. Once again, wanted to shop and plugged in while shopping. Done before I was done. That’s was enough to get to Buc-ees in Florence. I shopped around and came back to the truck. I forgot to get something and went back in. With going back in, I had no wait. If I hadn’t went back in, I would have waited 5-7 minutes. Absolute best ride I’ve had to the beach.

Heading out this morning on my first road trip with the lightning. Starting off at 95% charge. Let’s see how much time I spend waiting on my truck to charge.

All Star race is back at North Wilkesboro Speedway!! I know this is very controversial but, I enjoyed the all star races. PLUS the O’Reilly series is being added to the schedule.

Sooooo…… RDU, my “home” airport is getting a new lounge. All Pepsi. All hours. For all people. This lounge is free and open 24 hours. Why is that a problem? It’s going to be busy all the time and isn’t going to be better than any other part of the airport.
