Hi everyone! Couple of quick announcements:

Payment will now be required before we start on your order, and shipment will be made within 7 days of payment. Invoices not paid after 14 days will be canceled.

The request lists have definitely helped, but the multiple lists do add chaos. Moving forward we will have a year long request list and will just start at the top and work our way down.

We're posting a ready to ship thread which will be updated regularly with any items that are ready to ship.

Unfortunately that means that we have to temporarily remove heavy duty from our lineup and see how we can fix this issue. We're so thankful we discovered this problem before we shipped anything, and it's a reminder to always measure your fabric
