Do I have to attend a presentation? Absolutely not!
3. What is your cancellation policy? There isn't one. Once the
reservation is in your name it is yours. Travel insurance is optional but I strongly suggest you purchase a travel insurance policy. Travel insurance will protect your vacation investment in the case of unforeseen circumstances. I would make sure the policy you choose will protect you

in the event of a hurricane as well.
4. Will I receive a confirmation?
& Yes! You will receive an email
confirmation.
5. What payment method do you accept? Payments are made using Business PayPal goods and services invoice or Venmo. Please make prompt payment after sending invoice.
6. Can you hold the reservation for me? No. All reservations are first come
first serve.
7. Is there a minimum age to check-in? Most resorts require you to be 21 to check in. A few resorts require you to be 25, so please confirm when booking.
8. Are your rentals pet friendly? Out of respect for all our guest, pets are not permitted expect for service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act.
9. What do I do if I want to book a vacation listed? To book: We need the name of person checking in (ID must match), address as listed on your ID, phone number and email address. The invoice will be sent to your email
