This is such an amazing accomplishment, and we are so proud to celebrate this special milestone with you and your family. Your hard work, dedication, and perseverance have paid off, and this is only the beginning of an exciting new journey ahead.

Kylee was also a proud winner of the NIBA Scholarship back in 2022 during her freshman year, and it has been amazing watching her continue to grow and succeed throughout her college journey.

At RGA, giving back to our communities is something we are always proud to support. Over the past few weeks, several of our teams have had the opportunity to make a positive impact in meaningful ways.

Our Bowling Green team received thank-you cards and photos from the kids of Rockfield Elementary proudly wearing the sponsor T-shirts we helped provide for their field trip to Washington. Seeing their excitement and smiles made it incredibly rewarding to be a small part of their experience.

Our Springdale team volunteered with the Northwest Arkansas Food Bank, donating $1,000 and helping fill more than 40 food boxes to support families across Benton, Carroll, Madison, and Washington counties.

Our Fort Smith team was also honored to sponsor and support the “While We’re Waiting” charity event Lei Lei’s 5K and Memory Mile standing alongside families and helping support an organization that provides hope and community to parents walking through grief.

We are grateful for every opportunity to support the communities where we live and work. Thank you to everyone involved in these incredible organizations and events for allowing RGA to play a small part in making a difference.
