Make sure it’s in your holiday bucket list to stop by Holiday Lights at the Lake ❄️🏕️🎄

We’re thrilled to provide the airstream as a volunteer warming hub for year 5! This community event spread joy and fundraises for The Bird House - Hospice Home of Johnson County which Matt (one half of Away In An Airstream!) is a board member of.

Make sure to check out their fun calendar of events and you may get to see the grinch, Santa and Mrs. Claus, or our buddy Dash from Iowa Heartlanders!

The airstream took its first trip of 2025 to Missouri! Friendly reminder that we’re booking for the 2025 season.

Thanks to our friends at Holiday Lights at the Lake for their partnership for the 4th winter season. We love being a part of this wintery fundraiser that benefits the The Bird House - Hospice Home of Johnson County and donating the airstream (and lots of propane! brrr!) to keep the incredible volunteers toasty warm throughout their shifts. Did you see us on the walk or drive through? See you in 2025!
