I have an exciting travel announcement!
Italy, here we come!
Since my retirement, I’ve been talking about traveling, and now it’s finally happening.!!! Tony and I finished planning our first big trip — to Italy, next April 3–15! It’s a group trip for anyone who wants to come along!
For months, I’ve been working with my longtime travel agent, Holiday Travel International, deciding where I wanted to go first. This group trip was designed by Ian Petrulli just for me, but everyone is invited until it fills up. So if you’ve ever wanted the perfect excuse to go to Italy, come along with us!
I wanted to experience all the iconic places — because who knows if I’ll ever get back. We’ll spend time in Rome touring the Vatican and the Colosseum, enjoy a gondola ride in Venice, walk through the unforgettable ruins of Pompeii, and take in the breathtaking views on the Isle of Capri. We’ll also visit a pasta factory, take a boat to Murano Island for a glassblowing demonstration, enjoy Tuscan cuisine, see the Duomo, the Leaning Tower of Pisa, Juliet’s balcony in Verona, and tour the beautiful lake region in Stresa.

In the meantime I’m planning more trips! :-) The first will be with my daughter in June to Newport, Rhode Island which we are still in the middle of planning. Then Tony and I are also planning a French river cruise with Holiday Travel International for the fall of 2027.
