Progress report: We apologize for the delay in getting back into the air. As many of you know, we were grounded with an engine change this year. But happy to report the new engine has arrived. While it’s a big job we hope to have it installed, later this month.

Please note that we are still open but our Airplane is down for a while. She has been scheduled to have a new engine installed. Between my schedule and the engine change that never goes as expected we expect to start flying middle to late August again.

Attending the 100 year anniversary fly in at Troy Ohio. We are #35 to arrive.

Happy to say that we have resumed flights. While the beaches and view have changed we are happy to be flying again. For the time being we are only flying out of Page Field in Fort Myers. Picture was taken Tuesday, Oct 18th, while flying southbound on Fort Myers Beach at the pier and Times Square area.

We are closed until the local airports reopen to private aircraft. The Waco and hangar survived the storm very well.

We will be flying again soon.

As you may already know, our Waco is getting new landing gear pieces. We are upgrading to a more modern and simple system that will save maintenance down the road.

Unfortunately that probably means we are not flying probably through to early August.

Work is being performed by the Waco factory located in Battle Creek, Michigan.
