This weekend the sap finally ran enough to check for leaks. We were able to get the Wisconsin and Minnesota woods up and running 100%. We were also able to take home our first load of sap for the season on Sunday night.

The season has started. It has been a very busy 2019/2020. With tapping and setting up a new section of the woods with another 2000 taps. We fired up the vacuum for the first time on Sunday. Now we have been busy fixing leaks. But every thing is looking good we will have our first cook of the season this weekend. More photos and stories to come of the season
