"I had a terrific experience with JEP Transport for my trip from NYC to Baltimore and back. Despite my uncertain and ever-changing plans (I had a few possible travel dates and wasn’t sure whether my husband would be coming along), Jose and Edgar were patient, polite and communicative. They answered all my questions on time, whether by e-mail or phone. My ride showed up just as scheduled, and I received a safe, pleasant, quiet, stress-free, door-to-door trip. Jose drove me down to Baltimore and Edgar drove me back.

The alternatives are many but nowhere near as nice. It’s hard to schlepp to the bus with luggage, and using JEP saved all the worry about when and where to catch the bus, and whether I would even get a seat. JEP did a great job at an affordable price. Honestly, my trip was like getting a ride with friends."
