We believe in respectful recreation on our beautiful PNW trails. A portion of our member proceeds goes to support trail building and maintenance. Our founder team is 50% women, 25% AANHPI, 25% Veteran. We ask our suppliers to sign a diversity and sustainability affidavit.

A rental bike from The Line is about more than just getting you outside. We start with a real conversation about what you want out of your day, what kind of riding you prefer, and your history and ability with bikes. This ensure we get you on a bike that works for YOU. Then we’ll get a bike that’s is sized properly for you, and make adjustments so that you’re riding comfortably and safely. Every rental and demo booking includes a helmet, in case you don’t have one or forgot yours at home!

The rental team knows our fleet and the trails, and can always point you in the right direction for your biking goals of the day. The service department keeps every bike in the fleet running just right!

The most unique part of our bike rentals, is that we have FOUR rental locations. Our North Bend HQ Shop and Showtoom, Raging River, Tennant, and our newest location Bellevue Eastrail. Our trailhead locations aim to help lower barriers to entry for both gravel and mountain biking. You can show up and ride, without the need to own a bike or bike rack just yet!

Some of the bikes Seattle Mountain Rescue ride into the backcountry started right here at The Line.

We’ve donated to SMR’s bike fleet, and we keep bikes that they ride on search and rescue missions well-maintained at the shop!

Last week our team ran a field clinic with SMR: real on-trail repair skills for when something goes sideways with a bike out on a mission. We’re happy to have this partnership and proud to see programs like this thriving!

Smoke is still lingering in the Snoqualmie Valley this morning. Due to the AQI, we have closed rental bookings this morning (Thursday, Aug 6) across all our locations.

Rentals will open this afternoon as the AQI is expected to decrease slightly. Half day or hourly rentals are available from 2 - 5pm today, link in our bio to book.

Retail and Service Department (11am - 6pm) and Arête Café (7am - 2pm) are open regular hours.

As we’ve navigated the smoke this week, we are updating our policies and will provide clear guidance to all guests on what to expect when mother Nature throws challenges our way! We’ll always keep you updated on our operations.

No bike rentals at The Line today, Wednesday, August 5.

Due to wildfire smoke and air quality in the Snoqualmie Valley, we will not be renting bikes today at our North Bend HQ or any of our Rental Kiosk locations.

Retail, Service Department, and Arête Café are open regular hours, 11am to 6pm. We’ll continue to provide updates for Rentals for the remainder of the week.
