**Mini-Max Family! ✈️**
Some great opportunities have come our way that could help us move the brand forward substantially! Making room for those opportunities means letting go of a few things I had planned to keep.
I’ve collected quite a few aircraft projects with the intention of finishing them for our own flying and displays. After some thought, and my daughter deciding she wants to start her own Mini-Max 1100R, we’ve decided to start fresh on several models so we can film instructional build videos from the very beginning. We also plan to build a SuperMax hands-on as we work through updating its plans!
That means we’re making most of these projects available to someone who will finish them and get them flying. If you want a winter project or a major head start on your build, let’s talk! Several could potentially be flying by spring with steady work, depending on what remains and how you choose to finish them.
**Here’s what we have:**
✈️ **1030R Project** — Fuselage complete and on landing gear, with wing ribs included. Needs spars built and wings constructed.
✈️ **1100R Project** — Covered airframe, complete except for the instrument panel, engine, and electronics. We may keep this one to finish for our own flying this spring!
✈️ **1300S Project** — Fuselage complete and on landing gear. Wings built and ready to be fitted, followed by covering.
✈️ **1400S Project** — Fuselage complete, spars built, and ribs finished. Ready for wing construction and covering. **Located in California.**
✈️ **1703R Hi-Max** — Complete used aircraft. Contact us for condition and equipment details.
✈️ **1030R** — Complete aircraft incoming and expected to be available next week. More details once it arrives!
✈️ **My Personal SuperMax Project** — On steel landing gear, with wings built and everything varnished, ready for covering. Needs canopy completion, brakes installed, electronics, and engine. **Located in California.**
✈️ **Carlson Sparrow Ultralight** — Complete used aircraft with Rotax 277. Contact us for condition and equipment details.
✈️ **Fisher 303 Project** — Airframe and wings built, ready for covering. Needs engine and electronics.
✈️ **Challenger 1 Project** — Airframe needing wing recovering, electronics, engine, and main landing gear.
✈️ **Fly Baby Project** — Airframe, landing gear, and wings.
These projects came from prior builders—they are **not factory-built aircraft**. The intended completion path may be Experimental Amateur-Built or Part 103, depending on the aircraft, its build history and documentation, and the final configuration. We’ll discuss those details individually with anyone interested.
We’d love to see these projects become someone’s pride and joy instead of sitting here waiting for us to find the time.
