Boston Mass Transportation wants to reward new hires, thus, the Company developed a policy according
to which new hires will be rewarded. This policy applies to all new regular full-time and part-time
employees. To qualify for the hiring bonus the employees must work a minimum of 90 days. Once employees meet the criteria this bonus will be paid in one lump sum in a separate check on the next regularly
scheduled pay date.
New Full-Time Employees - $500 Hiring Bonus.
New Part-Time Employees - $250 Hiring Bonus.
