I run a fast-paced business, travel constantly, and manage a schedule (Sometimes 3 schedules) that changes by the hour. I need someone who is organized, tech-savvy, dependable, and capable of thinking for themselves. Someone who csn anticipate what needs to be done, takes initiative, and can keep up without constant direction.
Reliability, professionalism, discretion, and a positive attitude are NON-NEGOTIABLE. If you struggle with accountability, time management, or following through on commitments, this is not the position for you. I have zero interest in excuses, drama, or chasing someone down to do a job they're being paid to do.
