Subject: Mailbox Service Discontinuation – Pak Mail Newburyport

Dear valued mailbox customers,

Because we have decided to downsize the number of services that we offer at Pak Mail, we will be discontinuing mailbox service as of March 15, 2024.

This decision has not been easy, and we want to express our heartfelt gratitude for the support you have shown throughout the years. Your loyalty and patronage have been invaluable. Thank you for your years of business, and we apologize for any inconvenience.

Unlike the closure of a USPS mailbox, a simple change of address form will be insufficient for a Pak Mail mailbox. In essence, all mailbox holders will need to inform all those from whom you are receiving mail (to your Pak Mail mailbox address) of your new your new mailing address.

Therefore, please close your mailbox before March 15th, and we will provide a partial refund, depending on the date of the contract.

Subject: Farewell and Gratitude – Pak Mail Newburyport

It is with mixed emotions that we announce the closure of Pak Mail. After 30+ years of serving our community, it is time for us to bid farewell. Although our last of business will be March 15, 2024, our hours and services will change beginning Monday, March 4. From March 4, our hours will be 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. We will continue taking UPS and DHL drop-off parcels, but we will no longer be sending UPS, FedEx, or DHL parcels. We suggest taking the parcels to the nearest UPS and FedEx stores.

We apologize for rash decision, but we had no choice. This decision has not been easy, and we want to express our heartfelt gratitude for the support you've shown us throughout the years. Your loyalty and patronage have been the backbone of our success, and we are truly thankful for the relationships we have built.

As we close this chapter, we want to assure you that we will do our best to fulfill all existing commitments and obligations. We are committed to ensuring a smooth transition during this period.
