Penny Hill Tractor Company Penny Hill Tractor Company and Dean E. Brittingham's experience I grew up in the heavy equipment business. in New Church, VA from 1974-1994.

My father, Jack Brittingham, was the president and founder of Jack Brittingham and Son, Inc. Working side by side with my dad in this business taught me about all aspects of heavy equipment operation and put my skills as an equipment operator and head mechanic to work everyday. I developed my management skills as Fleet Maintenance Manager at Sysco of Eastern Maryland for 17 years. All of these bu

siness experiences are now available to the public through my own company, Penny Hill Tractor Company. I own and operate a bobcat, tractor, and dump truck, as well as other small machinery. I can haul top soil, fill dirt, and stone, grade and level these materials, re-grade yards and driveways, and any other jobs where my equipment can opeate in a residential or business environment.
