U.S. Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy came to NJ to meet with truckers for National Truck Drivers Appreciation Week, at the Molly Pitcher Rest Stop in Cranbury, NJ yesterday; to hear our concerns and to show truckers his support and appreciation. Tom Heimgartner, President of Best Transportation was on hand to meet with Secretary Duffy along with long time Best Transportation Driver Kevin Conklin. Best was able to speak with the Secretary and voice some trucking industry concerns. Thank you Secretary Sean Duffy and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.

Tom Heimgartner is the owner of Best Transportation and started Best as the solo truck driver with one truck in 1982. He still holds a CDL Class A and you can still find him on the road, driving a truck, making a delivery. Once a trucker - always a trucker!

Our fellow American's who simply went to work that beautiful morning, the heroic civilians who stood up to look evil in the face in the skies over our nation, and the astonishing bravery of the our first responders, who risked it all and gave their lives that tragic day. We remember.
