We’re often asked: why offer a young adults advisory committee? In addition to fellowship and networking, there is great value in gaining input from members outside of traditional outreach meetings. Tonight in downtown Newark, over some snacks and laughs, we not only thanked the UpNext North Jersey members for their ongoing interest, we also gave them a heads up about our Active Transportation Plan refinement effort and upcoming involvement opportunities. Special thanks to NJTPA Principal Corridor Studies Planner Peter Zambito for bringing handouts and maps and connecting so well with the group!
