Just received the cutest šŸŽ„šŸŽ from Little Navy for the holidays! Unfortunately, the package got stuck in transit and didnā€™t make it in time for Christmasā€”but thatā€™s okay, we still absolutely love it! The personalized pajamas for the whole family are so special, super cute, and incredibly soft! Thank you

Our first visit to the LuminoCity Holiday Lights Festival, and it did not disappoint! We added this amazing experience to our holiday lineup the day after Christmas to explore their latest theme, ā€œSweet Dreamsā€ā€”an immersive light and art show bursting with creativity and wonder. My personal favorite was the Crystal Castleā€”absolutely breathtaking! It was such a magical evening. Thanks for the invite āœØšŸŽ„

We went back to šŸ¦– Dino Safari Festival by LuminoCity at Walt Whitman Shops with the fam and friends, and the kids had just as much fun as they did last year! We already knew they loved it, but there are a bunch of new and upgraded things for 2026, so it definitely felt different this time around.

There are 70+ animatronic and illuminated dinosaurs throughout the nearly 3-acre experience, plus lots of activities along the way.

The kids were especially excited about the Safari Train Ride, which is new to NY this year and takes you right through the glowing prehistoric landscape. šŸš‚šŸ¦• And of course, we spent plenty of time at the upgraded Bounce Zoneā€”the new Volcano Bounce is HUGE and the Triceratops Bounce was another hit. The kids spent about an hour in the Bounce Zone.

Make sure you stay until it gets dark because thatā€™s when everything really lights up! The new Neon Octo-Beats was so coolā€”a giant glowing octopus with music and lights. šŸ™šŸŽ¶ Thereā€™s also Dino Speedway (my kids fave), Safari Dig, a playground, LED seesaws, photo ops and more to keep the kids busy.

Wanted to highlight Dine with Elmo & Friendsā€”itā€™s my kidsā€™ absolute favorite and a must-do (add-on) at You can choose from three buffet time slots, take pictures with the characters without waiting in line, and enjoy a cute themed performance (depending on the date). Itā€™s been a while since I last visited NYBGā€™s Holiday Train Showā€”definitely before I had kids. With both boys being train lovers, this was a must-see for them!

The day we went was freezing but luckily, the annual train show was inside the Haupt Conservatory. The landmark glasshouse was warm and cozy, and it looked especially stunning at sunset. Model trains traveled through plant-based replicas of a miniature New York City and it was absolutely beautiful and enchanting!

The Sloomoo Institute x WICKED On Broadway collaboration is oozing now through February 2nd! We joined a special media event on January 23rd at Sloomoo Institute NYC to meet the cast and to play with their two exclusive WICKED-inspired slimes: Popular Pink and Elphieā€™s Brew. Thanks for having us

Although HEROā€™s Winter Wonder has ended, I still wanted to share our experience with you all! We visited on January 18th for their Snowflake Saturday activation, where every weekend from 11AM-1PM, kids could enjoy complimentary face painting, storytime, and ornament painting. It was such a fun family-friendly addition to the Winter Wonder experience!

Winter Wonder featured eleven unique experiences, and our favorites were:
ā„ļø Snow Bounce ā€“ a giant bouncy house beneath towering candy mushrooms.
šŸ« Hot Cocoa Chalet ā€“ delicious treats to warm up with.
šŸŒŒ The Northern Lights ā€“ a massive ball pit with an interactive display that let us influence the magical aurora borealis above.

The kids are growing way too fast, which means Iā€™m constantly going through their closets and pulling out everything that suddenly doesnā€™t fit anymore. I usually sort everything out, pass along what we can to friends and family, donate the restā€¦and then somehow weā€™re ready for another round of clothes.

Perfect timing because we got fresh gear from Rookie Kids with all new Nike gear for the boys! Always thankful to our friends for keeping these kids fresh and their closets stocked as they keep growing. Loving all the new Nike pieces! Thank you šŸ–¤
