BillyBey Marina Services, LLC in partnership with Metropolitan Waterfront Alliance, was recently chosen as the operator for six New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) berthing sites to better activate several key waterfront assets. As part of this program, BillyBey Marina Services, LLC, operating under the name DockNYC, will increase the efficiency of the piers by accommodating th

e growing demand for berthing space for transportation, maritime operations, recreational, educational, commercial, historic, and cultural opportunities. In addition, DockNYC will also investigate opportunities to increase the variety of potential uses for the 125th St./West Harlem Piers, which could include leisure cruises, fishing excursions, historic and educational vessel docking, and community events.
