We have unfortunate news. We will not be moving forward with this arrangement anymore because Orion is being dissolved.
We started this company with the capital investment of 2 partners, myself and Ali.
Shahroze invested zero dollars and was still giving equal partnership due to us being friends, but that relationship has also come to an end.
He has acted with malicious intent and dishonesty. He has been doing side deals behind our back, stealing company funds, using the company as his personal piggybank, and has recently started blackmailing us for money.
Ali and I have invested over 15k thus far and have covered all costs and expenses but we refuse to be bullied by Shozi anymore. Therefore, we have decided to part ways and it's our duty to inform you of what's happening.
From this point forward, we are not involved with Orion anymore and any business you do with Shozi is at your own risk.
