The story behind the progress.

Last week, we shared a glimpse. Today, we’re proud to share the full case study from Polara highlighting GVC’s journey toward large-scale school bus electrification.

From a NYSERDA-funded Fleet Electrification Plan to the deployment of infrastructure supporting 45 electric school buses and 46 charging ports, the study takes a closer look at the planning, partnership, and ex*****on behind what has become New York State’s largest electric school bus charging deployment.

We’re grateful to Polara for documenting this journey and for their partnership in helping turn an ambitious vision into a scalable, future-ready infrastructure.

This is more than a milestone. It’s a foundation for what comes next—for our fleet, for the Bronx, and for the communities we serve.
