As Women’s History Month draws to a close, WTS Greater New York continues to celebrate the women whose leadership has transformed the transportation industry. These trailblazers pushed boundaries, expanded opportunities, and uplifted others along the way—shaping a more inclusive and forward‑thinking future for us all.

This year’s theme, “Moving Forward Together! Women Educating & Inspiring Generations,” highlights the collective strength of women whose influence reaches from classrooms to boardrooms, from local communities to the front lines of transportation. With support from our corporate partners, we spotlight women driving meaningful progress in education, equity, and infrastructure—individuals whose resilience and leadership inspire future generations. This week, we celebrate nominee Jocelyn Dupre, National Mobility Advisory Director, Arcadis, who offers thoughtful insights on navigating leadership while raising young children—and how women can thrive in both roles with mentorship.
