ODOT District 11 encompasses a seven county region in eastern Ohio, including Belmont, Carroll, Columbiana, Harrison, Holmes, Jefferson and Tuscarawas counties. District 11 is responsible for 3,300 lane miles of roads and over 1,000 bridges.
