📣​ Scam Alert: Fraudulent Package Pickups via Delivery Services. Please share, thank you! ❤️

​We want to alert our customers to a growing scam involving delivery services like DoorDash and Uber.

​Scammers are purchasing high-value items using stolen credit cards and shipping them to random residential addresses. They then hire a DoorDash or Uber driver to pick up the package from the porch and bring it to shipping centers like ours to be forwarded to their actual desired location.

​In many cases, the driver is instructed to pay for the shipping fees upfront, under the false promise that they will be reimbursed. Once the package is shipped and the scammer receives the tracking number, they cancel the payment, leaving the driver out of money. Tragically, because the drivers are the ones physically handling the fraudulent goods, their faces are the ones that end up on the news.

​Local law enforcement has been fully notified of this scheme. Please remain vigilant.

Tara have not lost her shine since joining our team, in fact, she's gotten brighter each year. Her eagerness to help our customers is something that has not changed. She is definitely loved and appreciated.

🥳 Lucky Number 7! 🥳 Time has flown by so fast, and we are so excited to celebrate our 7th anniversary today. It feels like just yesterday we opened our doors, not knowing what the future held for a small pack-and-ship store in our town.

📣 President's Day, Yes, We're Open!!! Fully staffed for all your shipping, notary, passport photos, and gift shopping needs 😉 All the carriers (UPS, FedEx and DHL) are running except for USPS. We can still service USPS, it just won't be picked up until Tuesday. See you tomorrow! 👍
