Join us for horse drawn wagon rides Sunday, February 1st, at Green Lakes State Park!

EVENT POSTPONED - Due to weather conditions we are postponing Frosty Forest to Sunday February 1st.

☃️Reminder!☃️ Please join us for our Frosty Forest event on Sunday, Febraruy 1st, from 1:00-4:00pm! There will be activities for all ages and a chance to win a gift basket with a 2026 Season Empire Pass. Here are some things to know...

❄️ This event is FREE and open to the public. Just show up! The only additional cost is food for purchase at the Daily Diner food truck, all other activities are completely free!
❄️ Enter the park through the Rt. 290 park entrance. The Rt. 5 entrance (golf course entrance) is CLOSED for the season.
❄️ Please consider making a donation of non-perishable food items for the Food Bank of CNY! Every car that brings a donation will receive one raffle ticket to have a chance to win our raffle basket. Raffle tickets must be turned into Manlius Police at their booth in order to enter into the drawing.
❄️ Please park in the West Beach parking lot. All other parking lots will be closed. This will be the first parking lot on the right when entering through the Rt. 290 Entrance.
❄️ For our Hidden Frosty Hunt, clues will be announced starting at 1:00pm, with a new clue every 30 minutes until frosty is found. The clues will be posted on the Town of Manlius Recreation Department page, as well as announced over the beach loud speaker.
❄️ To keep people and horses safe, please do not use the staircase leading up to Tulip Hill from the beach, the stairs will be blocked. Please use the service road behind the bathhouse to walk up to the wagon rides.
