Thank you Allen! But if there’s a national treasure at Hiawatha Pasties, we know who it really is — our head baker, Nikki.

This past July marked 30 years of Nikki making Hiawatha Pasties and helping keep the tradition going one batch at a time.

So we’ll gladly accept the kind words, but we’re passing this one along to Nikki. ❤️

Every batch starts with hand-rolled dough balls that are flattened into the flaky crusts for our pasties, then carefully filled and folded by hand.

It’s a little more work, but we think you can taste the difference. 😊

After a few years, we finally decided it’s time to make lemonade out of this lemon. 🍋

If you’ve driven through Naubinway before, you’ve probably noticed (or not noticed😉) that our sign has been playing hide-and-seek behind the billboard next door.

So instead of complaining, we’re going to have some fun with it!

If you’re coming through Naubinway and you spot the casino billboard, flip on that blinker and get ready to turn right after it. Hiawatha Pasties will be waiting for you!
